Duties and Responsibilities: Civil Engineering Consultant

  1. Prepare Program of Works including the detailed estimates of various City Projects

  2. Conduct Project Inspection, Supervision, and Validation of various City Projects

  3. Perform other related duties and functions as may require

  • Recheck and compile pictures for billing requirements

  • Inform barangay council and/or residents regarding (a) Inauguration (of to-start projects) and blessing (of completed projects) (b) project concerns

  • Update assigned projects in DILG's RLIP (Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation of LGU Infrastructure Projects)

  • Attend meetings as a representative when higher management or staff are not available

  • Calculate program variations when needed
